Age 91, Rileyville, Va.
Walter Farris Mills 91 of Rileyville, VA died Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Skyview Nursing Home in Luray, Va.
He was born June 14, 1928 in Kentucky to the late Henry and Lillie (Newberry) Mills.
Walter was a retired coal miner from Clentwood, Va. and moved to Rileyville in 1983 and loved going to Flea Markets.
On July 19, 1952 he married Betty Marie (Rose) Mills, who died Nov. 23, 2013.
He is survived by his daughter-Nina (Mills) Bryant of Rileyville, Va., grandson-Keith Bryant of Shenandoah, Va., granddaughter-Angela Bryant of Stanley, granddaughter-Lisa Bryant of New Market, three great grandchildren and brother-Oscar Mills.
Friends may pay their respects at The Bradley Funeral Home on Monday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a graveside service at Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 11 a.m.
