Each week, Page Valley News brings you one of the adoptable pets from the Page County Animal Shelter featured here to showcase their personality!
This is Boomer, a Brindle Pit Mix.
He was adopted from us almost a year ago. It was through no fault of his own that he ended back with us, but we are going to find him his permanent forever home.
He is about 7-8 years old and neutered. We believe him to be a hound/pit mix. He is learning basic commands and coming along nicely with the housebreaking.
Boomer cannot go to a home with any other animals. He’s a single kinda fella. He deserves to be the center of attention. He loves to be outside and play in the yard with any one who visits him.
Boomer’s absolute favorite activity is to play in his kiddie pool. He seems like he would make an excellent river dog. He is an absolute doll who LOVES to be loved and pet on. Boomer thinks he is a lap dog so be prepared for all the attention seeking.
His previous home had children frequenting the household and did great with them.
If you would like more information on this big fella Boomer, please feel free to give us a call or private message us on Facebook to schedule an appointment to meet him.
