~ Submitted by the Page County Animal Shelter
Each week, Page Valley News brings you one of the adoptable pets from the Page County Animal Shelter featured here to showcase their personality!
This is Tucker!
He is about 2 years old, neutered, and up to date on his vaccinations.
Tucker came to us after his owner could no longer care for him. He has been nothing but sweet and affectionate to everyone here at the shelter. He is very active and would do well in a fenced in yard to run off his energy!
We have dog tested him, but he has some fear when it comes to other dogs. So a meet and greet will definitely be required.
Tucker LOVES to give kisses and wants to be a lapdog!
Tucker is Lyme positive, but it’s not something to fear! He is currently taking a simple pill medication that will keep any signs away for quite a while. Being Lyme positive, he may never present any symptoms.
Lyme positive dogs can lead perfectly normal and happy lives! Talk with us or your local vet about Lyme Disease for more information!
If you would like more information on Tucker, please give us a call to schedule an appointment!
