Barbara Louise Fitzgerald Gray, 78, of Stanley, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026, at Skyview Springs Nursing and Rehab.
She was born on May 6, 1947, in Washington, D.C., and was a daughter of the late John L. Fitzgerald and Dorothy O’Donoghue Fitzgerald.
Barbara was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Luray.
Her husband, Steve Hamilton Gray, died on April 27, 2022.
Barbara is survived by five brothers, Michael J. Fitzgerald, Stephen Fitzgerald, Kevin Fitzgerald, David E. Holt and Edward J. Holt, all of Maryland; two sisters, Ellen Fitzgerald and Shirley Byrd, both of Maryland; and a niece, Shirley Kathleen Hammond of Georgia.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Kathleen Chapman.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, January 11, at the Bradley Funeral Home.
Mass will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 12, at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church by Father Edwin Perez. Burial will be in the Gray Family Cemetery in Stanley.
