Randy Arrington will serve as the publisher of the website, responsible for providing the majority of content. He has worked in the journalism field, both print and broadcast, for nearly 30 years in Virginia and North Carolina as a reporter, sports editor, broadcaster, editor, general manager and publisher.

Jim Watkins will serve as the advertising manager and chief financial officer of Page Valley News, LLC. He will handle the day-to-day business operations, as well as selling and servicing advertising clients of the website. Watkins, a retired Lt. Colonel from the U.S. Air Force/ Guard and Reserve, previously worked for Shenandoah National Park as Environmental Protection Specialist and Owned and operated Assisted Living Facilities in Luray.
