Sept. 19 event hosted by LHS National Honor Society
LURAY — The Luray High School National Honor Society will host a Red Cross Blood Drive from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. this Friday, Sept. 19 at the LHS gymnasium.
The blood drive is open to LHS students and all community members. Luray High School is located at 243 Bulldog Drive in Luray.
The LHS chapter of the National Honor Society has also set a goal of 25 donations to offer a scholarship to a graduating senior.
Participants may streamline their donation experience and save up to 15 minutes by visiting RedCrossBlood.org/RapidPass to complete a pre-donation reading and health history questions on the day of the appointment.
