ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to establish that a copy of Ralph Franklin Knott’s Last Will and Testament is the true Last Will and Testament of Ralph Franklin Knott;
An affidavit has been made and filed that diligence has been used by the Plaintiff without effect to ascertain the identity or location of some of the Unknown Heirs of Ralph Franklin Knott.
It is ordered that the Unknown Heirs of Ralph Franklin Knott appear on or before April 13, 2026 and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Page Valley News.
