Charles Edward Jenkins Jr., 66, of Stanley, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024.

He was born on May 9, 1958, in Sperryville and was a son of the late Charles Edward Jenkins and Betty Ann Fincham Jenkins.

On August 20, 1979, Charles married Dorothy Jenkins, who survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Shelly Nicole Jenkins of Luray; two sisters, Sheila Stanley of Madison, and Debbie Rider of Etlan, VA; a brother, Michael Jenkins of Luray; and five grandchildren, Eric Jenkins Jr., Caleb Jenkins, Noah Jenkins, Mackenzie Jenkins and Haleigh Jenkins.

He was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Ryan Jenkins.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 26, at the Sperryville Cemetery by the Rev. Steve Clinedinst.

Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
