Charles Owen Bailey, 72, of Stanley, Va. passed away on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025.
He was born on October 27, 1952, in Stanley and was a son of the late Owen Milton Bailey and Mary Susan Good Bailey.
Charles is survived by two daughters, Chasity Combs and husband Chris of Stanley, and Brandy Pizzini and husband Joseph of Springfield; three sisters, Teresa Taylor of New Market, and Deborah Donelson and Sandra Pettit, both of Stanley; a brother, Stewart Bailey of Stanley; four grandchildren, Alyssa DeMarco, Cayla DeMarco, Chase Combs and Caden Combs; and one great-grandchild, Aubrey Mary DeMarco.
A funeral service is planned for 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, at the Forward For Christ Baptist Church in Luray, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 4 to 5 p.m. A meal will be served following the service.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
