Clifford Lee Cook, 55, of Luray, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. He had been battling cancer for 2-1/2 years.
He was born on September 30, 1969, in Page County and was a son of Walter Cook of Shenandoah and Ruby Breeden Meadows, also of Shenandoah.
Clifford had worked at MEP Partners as a superintendent for more than 10 years and was a member of the Sunset Drive Baptist Church in Stanley.
On March 21, 1990, Clifford married Shirley Housden Cook, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his parents and his wife are a son, Clifford Lee Cook Jr. and wife Delaina of Shenandoah; a daughter, Allyssa Cook of Luray; two brothers, Frankie Cook of Shenandoah, and Michael Cook of Luray; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, at the Sunset Drive Baptist Church, followed by a meal.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
