David John Lucks Jr., 63, of Stanley, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
Born on February 10, 1963, in Fairfax, he was the son of David John Lucks Sr. of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and the late Elizabeth Anne Dowerick Lucks.
On April 22, 1985, David married the love of his life, Mary Elizabeth Anderholm Lucks, who survives. Together they built a life rooted in love, family and commitment.
In addition to his father and beloved wife, he is survived by his daughter, Rachel Lucks of Luray; and his cherished grandson, Trey Weatherholtz of Luray.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Susie Gardner.
David will be remembered for his love of family and the lasting impact he made on those who knew him.
Services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
