Age 72, Luray, Va.
Deborah Jean Housden Owens, 72, of Luray, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Hawksbill Assisted Living in Luray.
She was born on January 18, 1953, in Page County and was a daughter of the late Lloyd Housden and Neva Sours Housden.
On August 1, 1969, Debra married Newell Edwin “Butch” Owens, who died on March 21, 2008.
She is survived by two daughters, Josette Lemair and husband Dean of Luray, and Melody Owens, also of Luray.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Debra was preceded in death by five brothers, Johnie Housden, Teddy Housden, Cole Housden, Lawrence Housden and Garland Housden; and four sisters, Ethel Hilliard, Jenny Dovel, Gloria Short and Judith Housden.
Services are planned for a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
