Age 74, Elkton, Va.
Diane Sue Lam, 74, of Elkton, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Green Acres Rehabilitation and Nursing in Stanardsville. She was born April 9, 1951 in Page County, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Ruth Francis Lam of Elkton.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Samuel Lam, Sr. who passed away in 2005.
Diane owned and operated Shenandoah Bookkeeping and Tax Service from 1998 to 2016.
Diane is survived by her sister, Debbie Dean and husband, Clay of Shenandoah; daughter, Pam Weaver and husband, Charlie of Shenandoah; sons, Mark Lam and wife, Dyanna of Stanley, Bobby Samuel “Sammy” Lam, Jr. of Harrisonburg and Steven Lam of Elkton; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be conducted 11 a.m., Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton with Pastor Greg Payne officiating. Burial to follow at Lam Eppard Cemetery in Elkton.
The family will receive friends 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
