You are further hereby summoned and required to serve a copy of your answer to the Petition upon the attorney, Richard E. Conner, Jr., within 30 days following the date of service upon you, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Petition within the time stated, the Petitioner will apply for judgment by default against the Respondent(s) for relief demanded in the Petition.
