TO: Unknown Heirs of WILLIAM MCKINLEY RILEY (dod 12/08/1970), GARLAND MILLSAP, JR., RILEY MILLSAP, ROBERT DAVIS, WILLIAM RILEY, LUCY IRENE RILEY MCINTYER, HELEN MAY, AMANDA HARTLE, JOHN W. RILEY, JR., CONNIE RILEY WELCH, DONALD EUGENE RILEY, DAISY JEFFERY, MICHAEL MILLER DEANE, ELIZABETH CATHERINE BAILEY, and PATRICIA LANDON.
The object of this suit is quiet title, by suit for adverse possession, to the real property regarding the residuary estate of WILLIAM MCKINLEY RILEY, Deceased, who died intestate on the 8th day of December 1970.
An affidavit having been made and filed that there may be unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in interest of WILLIAM MCKINLEY RILEY having interest in the subject property; and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the whereabouts and post office address of other potential heirs, including Garland Millsap, Jr., Riley Millsap, Robert Davis, William Riley, Lucy Irene Riley McIntyre, Helen May, Amanda Hartle, John W. Riley, Jr., Connie Riley Welch, Donald Eugene Riley, Daisy Jeffrey, Michael Miller Deane, Elizabeth Catherine Bailey and Patricia Landon; it is hereby
ORDERED that such persons appear on or before the 14th day of October, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., and take such steps as may be necessary to protect their interests in the property that is the subject of this suit. It is further
ORDERED that, pursuant to Virginia Code 8.01-317, this Order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Page Valley News, a newspaper of general circulation in Page County, Virginia, and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the courthouse of Page County.
