SHENANDOAH —  The Town of Shenandoah Museum and Welcome Center will host a Historic First Street Walking Tour led by Waymie Comer at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18.

Come and learn about the past businesses and happenings that occurred on First Street with our entertaining guide Waymie Comer.

The Shenandoah Museum is located at 507 First Street in Shenandoah.

OTHER UPCOMING EVENTS AT THE SHENANDOAH MUSEUM

November 1 — At 2 p.m. in the Town of Shenandoah Museum learn the basics of beginning genealogy research, with Massanutten Regional Library’s Head of Adult Services Kristin Noell Evans. She will cover resources available at MRL and where researchers can go when the research has expanded beyond local collections.

November 15 — Starting at 2 p.m., author James S. Allen, who wrote, There is More to Tell: Old Homes in Page County VA, will be at the Town of Shenandoah Museum to speak about his book. He will bring books to sell at a cost of $45 each.
