Stover mfg co

October 16, 1887 — Messers. John H. Read and Co. have put a furnace in the basement of their large three-story bazaar in East Luray, and when fired up, which it will be in a few days, it will be kept going all the time till spring time comes again. The heat will be conveyed in pipes to every department of their large establishment, making their house one of the most comfortable in the Valley. In consequence of this change, they offer for sale three large coal stoves which may be had at a bargain.
