Jenkins moving up to RCBL

June 28, 1990 — Luray High School pitcher Jason Jenkins is negotiating uncharted territory once again this summer. The rising senior, who moved from Senior League to American Legion baseball last summer, has joined the Twin County Twins of the Rockingham County Baseball League. Jenkins saw his first action on the mound in New Market Friday night, taking over for starter Joey Blosser in the seventh inning of a 18-3 victory over Briery Branch.
