Johnny Laverne Whittaker, 75, of Luray, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at Page Memorial Hospital.
He was born on February 16, 1950, in Winchester and was a son of the late John Harold Whittaker and Sarah Mae Bell Whittaker.
Johnny was a member of the Beth Eden Lutheran Church.
On December 29, 1981, he married Pamila Whittaker, who survives.
In addition to his wife, Johnny is survived by a daughter, Jessica Whittaker and husband Dmitriy of Luray; a son, Johnny Whittaker of Front Royal; a son-in-law, Joe McCarthy of Luray; a sister, Patty Wright and husband Bobby of Florida; two brothers, Ronnie Whittaker and wife Barbie, and Paul Whittaker, all of Front Royal; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Crystal McCarthy; and a sister, Diane Webb.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, at the Beth Eden Lutheran Church by Kim Good.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
