Joseph Lee “Hooker” Jenkins Jr., 61, of Woodstock, Virginia passed away on October 19, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held for Joe at 2 P.M. on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 W Main St. Front Royal, Virginia with Sammy Campbell officiating. The family invites guests to join them for a visitation from 6 to 8 P.M. on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
Joe was born on July 22, 1964 in Luray, Virginia to the late Joseph Lee Sr. and Charlotte Darlene Thomas Jenkins. He was also preceded by his father-in-law, Jimmie Miller; his sister-in-law, Crystal Dick; and his brothers-in-law, Phillip Williams, and Johnny Knott.
Surviving Joe is his loving wife of 23 years, Lori Lynnette Miller Jenkins; his children, Joseph Jenkins III, Candice Huffman (Chris), Christopher Jenkins, Jennifer Jenkins, Victoria Pullen (Nick), Jimmy Jenkins (Allison), and Alexander Jenkins; his sisters, Angela Jenkins, and Bonnie Sue Shenk (Bill); his eight grandchildren; his mother-in-law, Diana Miller; his sisters-in-law, Tracy Williams, and Kimberly Ramirez; and numerous special nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Joe was a member of Luray Loyal Order of the Moose.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Page County Animal Shelter at 1261 Goodrich Rd, Stanley, VA 22851.
