Age 66, Rileyville, Va.
Joseph Wayne Baggette, 66, of Rileyville, VA, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Skyview Springs Nursing and Rehab.
He was born on November 24, 1959, in Arlington, VA, and was the son of Janice Catherine Shaffer Baggette of Rileyville and the late James Stanley Baggette.
In addition to his mother, Joseph is survived by two sons, Joseph Wayne Baggette Jr. and wife Beth of Front Royal, and Dylan James Baggette and wife Meagan of Manassas; two brothers, James R. Baggette and wife Gloria of Manassas, and Anthony Baggette and wife Evelyn of Rileyville; two sisters, Linda C. Robbins of Summer Duck, and Christine Clements and husband Cliff of Stuarts Draft; two grandchildren, Michalena Baggette and Raistlin Baggette; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Joseph was a Master Carpenter and an avid fisherman and hunter. He was formerly employed by The Fauquier Bank as Facilities Manager.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Pastor Pearl Hartman. Fellowship will follow at the Luray Moose Lodge.
