Age 78, Shenandoah, Va.
Judith Ann Quintrell Trivett, 78, of Shenandoah, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Sentara RMH Medical Center.
She was born on February 22, 1945, in Harrisonburg and was a daughter of the late Carl James Quintrell Jr. and Peggy Virginia Foltz Quintrell.
Judith had worked as a secretary for Rockingham Poultry and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
On October 17, 1975, she married Robert Lee Trivett Jr., who died on February 12, 2015.
She is survived by a daughter, Hope Thompson and husband Don of Shenandoah; two stepdaughters, Tanya Eldert of New Port Richey, FL, and Laura Reed of Stevensville, MD; a brother, Carl “Buddy” Quintrell of Stanley; and three step grandchildren, C.J. Vito, Sianna Eldert and Don Thompson Jr.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 13, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Shenandoah by the Rev. Tarja Stevenson. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, February 12, at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
