Kevin Vance Billings Jr., 53, of Radford, Virginia, passed away on December 17, 2025, at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center.
Born on August 7, 1972, in Charlottesville, he was the son of Debra Thomas and the late Kevin Billings Sr.
Kevin is survived by his children, Devontia Billings of Radford, and Kaliyah Davis of Harrisonburg; his grandchildren, Noah and Elliana Billings; his mother, Debra Thomas; and his sister, DeNette Billings, all of Radford. He is also survived by step‑siblings, Muriel Seaward and Angela McDaniel of Harrisonburg, Andrea Roberts of Middleburg, Florida, and stepbrothers Abraham Seaward Jr. of Luray and Shon Seaward of Ranson, West Virginia; along with many loving relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents Beluah and Arie Billings, Jeanette and Dennis Coleman Sr., and Harry Lee Jackson; stepbrother Alvon Broaddus; and several aunts and uncles.
A Celebration of Life will be held on February 21, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at St. John’s Baptist Church in Luray, Virginia. The family will receive friends prior to the service, from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
