Page Valley News highlights adoptable pets

from the Page County Animal Shelter to showcase their personality.

This is Birdie!

Birdie came to the shelter as a stray and is about 13 years old. She has been tested for FIV/FeLV and is up to date on vaccinations.

Birdie is a serene older tortoiseshell cat who has truly mastered the art of lounging. With her mottled coat and calm presence, she brings a peaceful charm to any room she’s in. Birdie is happiest when she’s cozied up next to you, curled into a perfect little loaf and quietly soaking up your company.

She loves gentle pets and will lean in with a contented expression, letting you know she’s right where she wants to be. Birdie isn’t one for drama or high-energy antics — she’s all about quiet comfort, warm naps, and being close to her favorite person.
