September 1, 1962 — The Kiddie Shoppe in Shenandoah, featuring children’s and ladies ready-to-wear, owned by the Shumakes and managed by Mrs. Ruth Croft and assisted by Mrs. Merle Cook, is continuing to operate in Shenandoah in a new location. It is now in the Griffith building beside Roller’s 5&10 cent store. This move is quite an improvement since the room is much larger and will accommodate the merchandise much better.
