AUCTION NOTICE

Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 55.2-2902, Hills & Valley LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (d/b/a Hils & Valley LLC Mini Storage) will sell the contents of Storage Unit Numbers: P-16 & Q8-17 at public auction on JANUARY 4, 2025, AT 8AM (EST) at 5385 U.S. Highway 340 Business, Stanley, Virginia 22851, for cash, due by the successful bidder at the conclusion of the auction.  The Successful bidder shall remove all contents from the unit(s) no later than January 4, 2025 at 4PM (EST).

Contents are sold in as is / where is condition without any representations or warranties as to contents.  Cash only.
