Age 85, Elkton, Va.
Patricia Ann “Patsy” Meadows, 85, of Elkton passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Meadows was born March 17, 1940, in the Jollett Hollow area of Page County, and was the daughter of the late Marvin Clifton and Mary Meadows Samuels.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Meadows is preceded in death by her sisters, Lois Jean Eppard and husband, Lonnie, Sylvia Kathleen Lam and husband, Leroy.
Patsy attended Page County Schools and was a member of the Furnace United Methodist Church and attended Jollett’s United Methodist Church. Patsy was a homemaker, and enjoyed gardening, canning, and crocheting, especially making afghans for family and friends. She retired as an inspector at Elkton Garment after many years of service. Patsy was a loving wife, dedicated mother, and grandmother that will be missed by all those who loved her.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Fred D. Meadows; sons, Ricky Meadows and wife, Jenny, Marty Meadows and wife, Becky, Danny Meadows; five grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends prior to service from 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, February 23, 2026 at the Shenandoah Assembly of God.
A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m., Monday, February 23, 2026 at the Shenandoah Assembly of God with Pastor Carter Dean officiating. Burial will follow at Jollett Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by the Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton, Va.
