Court Street, Luray, VA 22835, residential real estate more particularly decribed in the Deed thereto recorded in the name of Elizabeth Beth Rodgers, survivor, said Deed recorded as instrument No. 15-1549 in the Circuit Court of Page County, Virginia, and known as 900 W. Main Street, Stanley, VA, 22851.
The sale is Ordered to satisfy or partially satisfy a judgment entered against Elizabeth Beth Rodgers and in favor of Victoria H. Daniel in the amount of $322,757.15 with interest, plus costs and attorney fees. A deposit of $10,000.00 payable to the Special Commissioner is due on the day of the sale with closing of the transaction to occur within 30 days of the date of sale.
