Push-button feed mill

Old country road

September 12, 1965 — The Page Cooperative Farm Bureau will have the very latest “push button” feed mill when the project is finished about Dec. 1, weather permitting. This was the statement this week of John R. Bushey, secretary and treasurer of the co-op who has long sought this type of expansion in the interest of Page County farmers and patrons of the Farm Bureau. Construction of the 48×77 foot building is now underway and will be complete in time for the installation of machinery and full time operation by Dec. 1, barring bad weather or other retarding events. Cost of the project is between $130,000 and $140,000. The old quarters now used for feed will be vacated and the facilities remodeled to meet special qualifications for the new mill.
