Randolph DePena Boylan, 44, of Shenandoah, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville. He was born June 22, 1980 in Brookhaven, N.Y., and was the son of Randolph DePena and Annette Marie Boylan Wittig.
Randolph was an outdoorsman, survivalist who loved to camp and fish. He was a family man, charismatic and loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed coin collecting and was a Maintenance Engineer at the Quality Inn in Harrisonburg. He was a devoted husband, a wonderful dad, son, brother and friend who will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Rachyl Lynn Bazylak DePena Boylan; a son, Lucian Boylan; daughters, Magdelena Boylan, Randi Boylan; brothers, Joseph Boylan, Randolph DePena; sisters, Evie Boylan, Natalia DePena.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Cassibba.
A Graveside Service will be held 2 p.m., Monday, March 31, 2025 at the Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
Arrangements are being handled by the Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton, Va.
