Randal Clay Bowman, 62, of Shenandoah, passed away Monday, January 6, 2025 at his home. Mr. Bowman was born November 18, 1962 in Luray, and was the son of the late Benny Lee and Golda Catherine Kibler Bowman.
Randal grew up in Shenandoah and attended Page County Schools. He loved to fish, and was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed painting pictures and spending time with family. He worked construction and helped build many homes around the Valley.
Randal is survived by brothers, Danny Bowman, Carl Kite and wife, Linda; sisters, Susan Sipe and husband, Eddie, Emma Smith and husband, Steve; nieces and nephews, Alesha Bowman and companion, David Wilson, D.J. Bowman, Stephanie Dean, Eric Smith, Steve Smith, Samantha Jenkins, Danielle Shifflett, Lee Kite, Joshua Sipe, Sara Shifflett, Jared Bowman; extended family, Marshall and Alkini Bowman.
The family will celebrate his life privately.
Gifts may be made to the Bowman family for unexpected funeral expenses.
Arrangements are being handled by the Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton.
