Rebecca “Becca” Carleen Ropka, 50, unexpectedly passed away on June 14, 2025, in Stanley.
She was born on October 23, 1974, in Maryland. Becca was the youngest daughter of the late Frank Ropka Sr. and Francine Ropka of Luray.
Becca is survived by the love of her life, fiancé Sam Alger of Stanley; three sons, Craig “C.J.” Danley Jr., Braxton Danley, and Vincent Danley and wife Courtney of Mount Solon; two brothers, Frank Ropka Jr. and wife Kim of Luray, and Russell Ropka of Stanley; one sister, Glenda Hummel and husband A.J. of Briery Branch; one grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Glen and Elsie Meadows of Luray; and a sister, Adrianna Lee Ropka of Luray.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
