Sammy heads to Richmond

Farmers appreciate lawmakers’ commitment to water quality partnership

February 1, 1962 — It was a big thrill to Sammy Price recently when he was named a page for the 1962 General Assembly. Sammy is now hard at work in Richmond.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Hudson Price of Luray, and was presented to Speaker Blackburn Moore by his great uncle, Delegate Charles D. Price of Stanley, who represents Page and Warren County.
