February 11, 1961 — Scout John Hudson of Luray, son of Mr. and Mrs. J.K. Hudson, was among a group of 10 Boy Scouts from the Shenandoah Area Council making a visit to Richmond last week for the purpose of attending a statewide Scout meeting and making a report to Governor Almond on Scout activities during the year. Scout Hudson presented a neckerchief to the Governor from Troop 7 in Luray and joined with his companions in presenting a plaque and booklet containing reports of Scout activities in the area.
