Steven Larry Judd, 76, of Luray, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center surrounded by family.
He was born on August 27, 1949, in Luray and was a son of the late James Thurman Judd and Isabel Rogers Judd Fleharty.
Steven was a member and lay person of the Page United Methodist Church in Luray. He also served as a Marriage Officiant and had the pleasure of marrying 75 couples.
He is survived by two daughters, Ami Judd and Kristy (Charles) Harmon, all of Dover, DE; a brother, Roger (Jeanine) Judd of Culpeper; three grandchildren, Donyé, Kadence and Madisyn; a great-grandchild, Alikhi; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Julie Catron and son Jesse, who served as his caregivers.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Anita Judd Miller.
A Celebration of his Life will be conducted at Page United Methodist Church on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 11 a.m. with a luncheon to follow. Burial will be private at Leaksville Cemetery in Luray.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
