Terry Lee Dodson, 70, of Luray, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
He was born on October 30, 1955, in Winchester and was a son of the late Archie Jack Dodson and Elsie Mae Jenkins McGovern.
Terry retired as a machine operator for Wallace Business Forms in Luray, with 28 years of service. He was a member of the Rileyville Baptist Church.
On May 31, 1987, he married Teresa Anderson Dodson, who survives.
In addition to his wife, Terry is survived by five sons, Timothy Jason Dodson of Florida, Terry Lee Dodson II of Luray, Brian Michael Dodson of Front Royal, Davy Jackson Alger and wife Danielle of Luray, and Joey Adam Alger and wife Pamela of Rileyville; two brothers, Richard Dodson and Archie J. Dodson, both of Luray; a sister, Lisa Markowitz and husband Grayson of Luray; a stepsister, Jane Williams of Chester Gap; 14 grandchildren, Katelynn Noser (Jake), Sarah Bly (Austin), Ryder Dodson, Savannah Dodson (Robbie Painter), Brantley Dodson, Madison Dodson, Michael Dodson, Lydia Dodson, Brianna Dodson, Lilly Alger, Danner Alger, Kendall Alger, Dakota Alger and Madelyn Alger; and two great-grandchildren, Madilynn Noser and Jaxon Noser.
He was preceded in death by a stepbrother, Roland McGovern; and a stepsister, Margie Anzmann.
Services are being scheduled.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
