Virginia “Ginny” Dare Itterly, 86, of Charlottesville, died Saturday, June 21, 2025, at The Barclay. She was born February 13, 1939, in Luray, Va. to the late Rufus G. and Marjorie I. Campbell.
Ginny is survived by her husband of 24 years, William “Bill” Itterly; one daughter, Denise “Dee” Zones (Gene) of Culpeper; sisters, Doris M. Cave (Nelson) and Mildred Simmers (Chuck); two grandchildren, Amanda Leigh Chandler and Melanie Renee Settle; seven great grandchildren, Hobie Muir, Chandler Muir, Charleigh Muir, Liam Muir, Willow Chandler, Kierstin Settle and Ashlyn Settle; three step children; Kim Itterly, Tricia Showers (Nathan), Brian Itterly and their families.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Clifton Campbell, Leanord Campbell, Gilbert Campbell, David Campbell and James Campbell; sisters in law, Audrey Campbell, Clota Campbell, Connie Campbell, Joyce Campbell and Wanda Campbell.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at The Barclay.
