Annie Jarvis Green, 81, of Stanley, Va. passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020, at Page Memorial Hospital.
She was born on Aug. 7, 1939, in Raphine and was a daughter of the late Lloyd Jarvis and Gertrude Reese Jarvis.
Pictured here on her 81st birthday in Florida, Annie had a lot of spunk and was a very positive person. She loved everyone and never met a stranger. She would talk to anyone who was near and cared deeply for her kids, grandkids, brothers and sister.
Annie’s husband, Kenneth Green, preceded her in death.
She is survived by a daughter, Debra Burns of Stanley; a son, Rusty Buchanan of Fernandina Beach, Fla.; three brothers, Floyd Jarvis of Midlothian, Bruce Jarvis of Fairfield, and Butch Jarvis of Orlando, Fla.; a sister, Barbara McManama of Stuarts Draft; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Pritchett.
Services are planned for a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
