Age 73, Luray, Va.
Betty Ann Comer Burrill, 73, of Luray, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at Winchester Medical Center. She was born on October 22, 1950, in Page County and was a daughter of the late Elwood Martin Comer Sr. and Margaret Lee Croft Comer.
Betty worked at Wrangler, retiring with 40 years of service.
On July 4, 1969, she married Michael Page Burrill, who died on December 5, 2020.
She is survived by a son, Bryant Burrill and wife Christal of Luray; a daughter, Tracy Burrill Dean of Luray; a sister, Bonnie Owens of Luray; three grandsons, Bryce Stanley, Brayden Burrill and Caden Dean, all of Luray; three granddaughters, Bryanna Gillenwater and husband Trey, Brynlee Burrill and Baylee Burrill, all of Luray; and two great-grandsons, Dawson Gillenwater and Graham Gillenwater, both of Luray.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, James, Wayne and Elwood Comer Jr.; a sister, Sharon Jenkins; and a grandson, Brandon Burrill.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at the Bradley Funeral Home.
