Betty Louise Burker Campbell, 70, of Stanley, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 31, 2021, at Winchester Medical Center.
She was born on June 29, 1950, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late George Burker and Sadie Marie Lucas Burker.
Betty worked as a CNA at MontVue Nursing Home in Luray for more than 10 years. She was a member of the Blue Ridge Pentecostal Church in Stanley.
In 1965, she married Lloyd Wilson Campbell, who died on Oct. 2, 2011.
She is survived by a son, Greg W. Campbell of Stanley; two daughters, Tracy L. McAllister and Brittany Campbell, both of Stanley; two sisters, Debbie Becker of Stanley, and Mary Turner of Luray; a brother, Bill Burker of Stanley; three grandchildren, Michael McAllister, Destiny McAllister and Sadie Wine, all of Stanley; and one great-grandchild, Gracie Williams of Stanley.
She was preceded in death by a son, Lloyd Wilson Campbell Jr.; five brothers, Ralph Wayne, Clyde, Delmas, James and Tommy Burker; and one sister, Naomi Good.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4, at the Blue Ridge Pentecostal Church by the Rev. Jack Campbell, Evangelist Jeff Lucas and Evangelist Earl E. Painter. Burial will be in the McCoy Family Cemetery in Stanley.
Due to COVID-19, facial coverings and social distancing restrictions will be followed.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Ridge Pentecostal Church, Lighthouse Gospel Church or to the Riverview Independent Gospel Church in her memory.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
