Age 81, Shenandoah, Va.
Catherine May Walters, 81, of Shenandoah, died on Thursday, April 2, 2020, at Life Care Center of New Market.
She was born on Sept. 12, 1938, in Page County and was a daughter of the late Hoyt McCoy and Lela Pearl Cubbage McCoy.
On Aug. 11, 1965, she married Weldon Darrell Walters, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by two daughters, Crystal Reamey of Shenandoah, and Donna Cubbage of Stanley; two sons, Darrell Lee Walters of Shenandoah, and Edward Carl Walters of Luray; a brother, Steven McCoy of Stanley; a sister, Genevieve Presgraves of Luray; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Daphne McCoy; a brother, John McCoy; and a sister, Frances Petralia.
Arrangements are in the caring hands of The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
