July 16, 1987 — Danny Chu, owner of Chu Chu’s Steak and Seafood, is helping to prepare for the restaurant’s August opening on U.S. 340, just south of Luray.
The eatery will specialize in steak and seafood entrees and children under 5 will be served free.
Chu bought the former Boot Hill restaurant/nightclub at a public auction May 9.
