Coldest day in November

December 2, 1964 — The coldest weather Page County has had since last February was experienced over the weekend. Thermometers in the lower hills of the mountains were reported as low as 12 degrees and in Luray at 16. On Feb. 23 of this year the mercury hit 9 in several places in Page.
