December 3, 1986 — Roadside supervisors have been watching progress on two major Page County construction projects — the O’Sullivan plant and the Jamesway Shopping Plaza. At the O’Sullivan site, a dozen workmen are busy erecting steel framework for the 147,000-square- foot structure. At the shopping center, the structure to house the 25,000-square-foot Food Lion is under roof and the 45,000-square-foot Jamesway building is nearly that far along.
