April grand jury hands down 18 indictments against 10 individuals, plus three sealed indictments

LURAY, April 1 — Members of a grand jury in Page County Circuit Court issued a true bill on a total of 18 indictments handed down Wednesday, April 1 on charges placed among 10 individuals. There were also three sealed indictments handed down as well.
Those named individuals indicted by the April 1 grand jury include:
• Jasmine Nicole Campbell, of Luray and Winchester, Va., was indicted on two unclassified felonies for possession with intent to manufacture a ScheduleI/II drug. One offense and an arrest occurred on Oct. 12, 2025, according to court records. The second offense occurred two days later on Oct. 14, 2025, according to court records, with an arrest on Oct. 15, 2025. Campbell is scheduled to return to court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, to enter a plea.
• Shane Aaron Price, of Shenandoah, Va., was indicted on an unclassified felony for the manufacturing or distribution of a Schedule I/II drug (second offense). The offense and an arrest occurred on Oct. 12, 2025, according to court records. Price is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 22 for a status hearing.
• Edward Franklin Shenk Jr., of Woodstock, Va. was indicted on a Class 5 felony for failure to stop after an accident where damages are more than $1,000, a Class 1 misdemeanor for driving after forfeiting operator’s license, and a Class 1 misdemeanor for failure to stop after an accident. All three offenses occurred on Nov. 24, 2025, according to court records, with an arrest on Nov. 26, 2025. Shenk is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 to enter a plea.
• Charles Clayton Bradley, of Stanley, Va., was indicted on a Class 5 felony for possession of a Schedule I/II drug and a Class 1 misdemeanor for driving while intoxicated (DWI – first offense). Both offenses and an arrest occurred on Nov. 5, 2025, according to court documents. Bradley is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 for a status hearing.
• Russell Sylvester Good, of Shenandoah, Va., was indicted on a Class 5 felony for possession of a Schedule I/II drug and a Class 1 misdemeanor for trespassing after being forbidden. The drug charge occurred on Sept. 23, 2025, according to court records, with an arrest on Jan. 9, 2026. The trespassing offense and an arrest occurred on Feb. 5, 2026, according to court records. Good is scheduled to return to court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8 to enter a plea.
• David Eric Juarez, a.k.a. Eric, of (address not available), was indicted on a Class 6 felony for diving while intoxicated (DWI – third or subsequent offense), a Class 1 misdemeanor for reckless driving by speed (20 or more mph above speed limit), and a Class 2 misdemeanor for having no driver’s license. All three offenses and an arrest occurred on Feb. 21, 2026, according to court records. Juarez is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 for a hearing.
• Shalee Oferrall Mathews, of Luray, Va., was indicted on a Class 5 felony for possession of a Schedule I/II drug, and a Class 1 misdemeanor for failure to appear in court on April 1. The drug offense occurred on April 9, 2025, according to court records, with an arrest on Nov. 15, 2025. Mathews is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 for a hearing.
• Sondra Renee Moyer, of Shenandoah, Va., was indicted on a Class 5 felony for possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The offense and an arrest occurred on Nov. 1, 2025, according to court records. Moyer is scheduled to return to court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 to enter a plea.
• Janee Rochelle Yates, of Luray, Va., was indicted on a Class 5 felony for possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The offense and an arrest occurred on Oct. 9, 2025, according to court records. Yates is scheduled to return to court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 for a hearing.
• Tiffany Dawn Blankenship, of Luray, Va., was indicted on a Class 6 felony for destruction of property / monument. The offense occurred on Aug. 4, 2025, according to court records, with an arrest on Oct. 2, 2025. Blankenship is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 for a status hearing.
