James Curtis Drain Sr., 60, of Luray, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Page Memorial Hospital.
He was born on September 10, 1962, in Luray and was a son of the late Russell Curtis Drain and Sylvia Susan Rothgeb Drain.
James is survived by a son, James Curtis Drain Jr.; two sisters, Mary Jenkins of Luray, and Joyce Rothgeb of Fairfax; a brother, Johnny Rothgeb of Stanley; and his former wife, Betty Ellen McCoy.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, at the Stanley Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
