Jan Marie Walker Shenk, 46, of Luray, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2021.
She was born on April 11, 1975, and was a daughter of the late Joseph Anthony Walker and Elizabeth Louise Hagan Walker.
Jan worked for Luray Caverns Corporation for 20 years.
On June 18, 2012, she married Derick Wade Shenk, who survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Blake Dean and wife Samantha of Luray, and Bryton Dean, also of Luray; a sister, Christina T. Alger of Long Island; a brother, John D. Walker of Luray; and one grandchild, Tate Dean of Luray.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
