Jeffrey Lee Sine, 62, of Charles Town, W.Va., passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at Hospice of the Panhandle.
He was born on February 15, 1962, in Portsmouth and was a son of Carlton Lee Sine of Luray and Dorothy Ann DeHaven Shifflett.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his stepfather, William Shifflett Sr.; five daughters, Shannon Atkins of Luray, Brandy Sine of Charles Town, W.Va., Nicole Sine of Stephens City, Amber Sine of Luray, and Charity Sine of Stephens City; a son, Codie Sine of Luray; a sister, Cheryl Jewell of Front Royal; and 15 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, April 12, at the Bradley Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
