November 21, 1889 — Mr. T.W. Lillard, of this place, has three hogs ready for the knife, which it is thought will average over 500 pounds.
Mr. J.B. Seibert has nine which will average over 300 pounds, and Mr. S.T. Rosser has one that will weigh between five and six hundred and another that will weigh between four and five hundred pounds.
Luray would like to hear from the county on the hog question.
