The Luray Middle School boys basketball program had one of the greatest seasons the school has seen in the past several years.
This group of 6-8th grade boys were ready to show up to practice and work willingly, wanting to get better.
If you were able to watch them play, one of the standouts about this team is they were the most selfless group of boys on the court. They displayed teamwork and good morale. It didn’t matter who was on the floor and who was on the bench, they were cheering and rallying each other on.
The team ended their season with a 7-0 record, with wins over area schools including Page County, Madison, Rappahannock, Signal Knob, Peter Muehlenberg and North Fork.
Despite the challenges that came their way, they fought through, and rallied together to hold an undefeated season. This young group of boys have a bright future!
